Account details (name, email, phone), profile details you provide (date of birth, category, qualification, physical parameters used for eligibility), booking and payment records, and documents you upload for a session.

2. How we use it

• To create and manage your account and bookings.
• To match you with the right pilot for your session.
• To generate invoices and reconcile payments.
• To send session updates and support notifications.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with (a) the pilot assigned to your session, (b) payment processors to complete transactions, and (c) authorities when legally required.

4. Storage & security

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with row-level security. Documents live in private storage buckets accessible only to you, your assigned pilot and authorised admins.

5. Your rights

You can view, edit or delete your profile data at any time from the student portal. To request account or document deletion, email us at support@pathguiders.com.
